This beauty came in like a breath of fresh air in Hollywood. Ming is primarily famous for her starring role as Melinda May in the ABC action drama series, ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D‘ as well as for her voice in the Disney Princess, Fa Mulan, the animated version of the same, as well as the second iteration of the movie. The medical drama series, ‘ER‘ also partly contributes to Ming’s fame since she played the role of Dr. Jing-Mei “Deb” Chen. The movies ‘The Joy Luck Club‘, ‘Street Fighter‘, and ‘Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within‘ also saw major roles played by Ming. Ming’s first-ever TV show was the children’s TV series ‘Mister Rogers‘ Neighborhood‘ where she played the role of Lien Hughes which then eventually started her career as a professional actress.
