Carano is a former MMA fighter, where she competed in Strikeforce and EliteXC. Gina fought for a championship belt but lost in 2009 against Cyborg. From there she retired from MMA and moved into acting. Carano has had roles in blockbuster movies such as Fast & Furious 6 (Riley) and Deadpool (Angel Dust.)
